I never liked Elon Musk back in the old days. He was taking government subsidies left and right.. I was pissed. I never remembered voting for my Representative to support taxing me and my fellow citizens, so Musk could build a car that ran on electricity. I think the private sector would be much more efficient because we’re the engine of capitalism. It’s the human condition.. When you have your own money in the pot, you watch that pot much more closely..
So anyway, I’ve kinda had a chip on the proverbial shoulder.. I mean, you name your kid something like this, X AE A-XII , literally, it can make you wonder. Yeah, I’ve heard about the deep dark secrets behind the names, and what some beliefs he carries are, but that’s for another day..
Right now, it’s all about this other hidden Musk I thought I’d muse about.. Hey, he paid us taxpayers back, with interest. How many people taking an unemployment check, or a welfare check walks into the neighborhood Social Security Office, and announces he’s got a check to pay back the unemployment he had been taking.? Can you imagine????? They could run for office if a real news paper got wind of this.. 
Reminds me of Jimmy Stewart in that Christmas movie. I think it was “It’s A Wonderful Life”? That’s what he did. Down on his luck, borrowed from We The People. Ship came in. Off to the Bank to pay The People Back..
Musk’s innovations have been amazing. And now, we find out he isn’t one of those WOKE Corporate types. He’s an American of South African Heritage.. (Notice there was no hyphen in that last sentence) He’s an American who believes in freedom to express yourself..
They think they know what’s best for the company. It seems it’s the Board’s plan to stay in power and not accept an offer. But the offer is substantially above where the stock was trading just before the offer was made.
