Thanksgiving.. An AMERICAN Holiday.. A day when it doesn’t matter what political direction you think we should take. What matters? Familiy, and how important family is to all of us. Just think of the generations that came before making it possible for today to happen. I think we can all look back and in our mind’s eye, feel we’re there. Home!
Giving thanks that strong individuals ventured to a new world, and ultimately fashioned a new nation anchored in a document that we revere today. The Constitution.
Yes, from the Constitution sprang the greatest country on earth, The United States Of America. And why so great? Because you can come here and create a world. You can come here and catch your dream. It’s Creativity.. Capitalism and individual spirit of creation.
So on Thanksgiving. Let’s give thanks to our family, and those who came before. My Dad might have said to me…. more than once as I was growing up ,” It’s not what you say, it’s what you do.” And this is something I think about to this day.
Politics might be on the back burner, but the battle of Capitalism & Socialism has not gone away.
I see it. I give thanks today. Folks are running away from the Progressive Socialist Democrat message of jealousy and hate. People don’t like being labeled. The Democrat can only exert their will, identifying you as someone LESS than others. They have to Hyphenate you.
People are seeing that this message is not them. Before anything, They ARE AMERICANS . After that you can add your own ‘Where From’ so to speak, if you want. America is hyphen free.
I’m an AMERICAN of English / German descent. Hey look!!! There goes an AMERICAN of Kenyan descent, or Japanese descent.. The point is WE ARE AMERICANS, who want what’s good for our family and which will in turn be good for our country.
We’re a SPIRIT. America is a spirit..Our Constitution makes it so.
Don’t let the Socialist Democrat fool you by using the word democracy. Democratic Socialism.. LOL Oh my. OF COURSE the Democrat supports democracy. 51% can compel the 49%.. Doesn’t sound so great if you’re one of the 49%..

I got an idea! Let’s say the Pledge of Allegiance…” I’ll give you a minute to find a flag…………… OK, Go ,” I pledge allegiance, to the flag, of the United States of America. And to the REPUBLIC for which it stands, one nation (one people) under God (didn’t say which one) indivisible (Not a Hyphen in sight) with Liberty, and Justice for all. See that word REPUBLIC? It’s like each of us has our own individual contract with our Government, to protect each of us as we live our day!!
The Bill of Rights.. Is our Government’s mandate. It’s to protect our Life, Liberty, and our Pursuit of Happiness.
News reports Americans of Hispanic Descent are fleeing the tired story of the Democrat. It’s like the Democrat can’t understand why Hispanics would flee a philosophy that’s telling them they can’t, they won’t, they’re not smart, you’re beneath it all. They see Trump talking about the economy, and jobs, and how hard work brings success. It’s Trump’s free market approaches.
People want to be free. They want to be RICH, be able to take care of their family at every turn. Capitalism is the best way to redistribute wealth that humans have ever come up with.
We see something someone has invented and we like it, we VOLUNTARILY, hand over our money to have it.
More and more, AMERICANS want our government moving towards the traditional model of being mandated to protect the civil society. WE want to be rid of the nanny state. Just protect Americans doing the busines of their lives. Protect AMERICANS that voluntarily sign contracts. This is the protection ALL AMERICANS want. (Once again, Not a Hyphen in site) When you give your word and carry through, feels good, doesn’t it? You’re Happy.. Yep, and the others in contract with you ARE HAPPY too. It’s win/win.. There’s that pursuit of happiness!!
If for some reason, you don’t uphold your end of a signed contract, you’ll have to answer to your peers. Hey, there’s the Pledge again… “and Justice, for all”
That’s what our Constitution is about.. Government protecting the Civil Society for us all, with not a Hyphen in Sight.
